Christmas happenings

I'm such a slacker lately (that explains the out of order, LONG post). Being a Mom of three is definately a lot harder than I expected but I wouldn't trade it for anything! Life would be so boring without the little kiddos. I'm slowly getting the hang of things.
I love giving this girl a bath. She is so happy the whole time.
she looks nervous.

she looks like she might be starving

trying to enjoy some tummy time. that sweet face gets me every time.

Christmas is over just like that

I had to have proof that I have done their hair

another random picture of Reese

These three are such good buddies. It's amazing how well Reese fits into the family.

Making gingerbread houses

I think the only thing Weston did was eat candy and watch me decorate. He loved tasting every single piece

So proud of their houses

the best part of making gingerbread houses is making a big mess

Santa came to visit Grandma and Grandpa Bowen's house again and the kids loved it!! They got to sit on his lap and tell him what they wanted for Christmas and then Santa gave them a present. They had such a blast, I think it was the most fun they've had in a long time. Thanks Grandpa and Grandma!

West and Santa (they look like they're good friends).

The present they got from Santa

Grandma and the kids reading the neatest Santa story. My Mom got the book when she was about three or four and she still has it so she reads it to the kids every year and they enjoy it so much. It's a fun tradition.

Just the beginning of all the kisses this girl is going to get (hopefully just from her brothers).

Grandma and Grandpa always do the twenty four days of Christmas. It is so much fun for the kids. They have to do their chores before they can open their presents so they get everything done so quickly. I love it. It's the very best part of the day for these two!

the two handsome little devils

These guys are so much fun to have around. I feel like such a lucky person to be the Mom of these three amazing kids.

The blessing

We blessed Reese a while ago and she was an angel the entire day! Kev gave her the most beautiful blessing and she stayed quiet the whole time. I think she was trying to listen closely to what her Dad was saying. She is such a Daddy's girl!! The boys have been doing such a great job helping me with Reese everyday. We feel so blessed to have this sweet little girl in our family.

2 months

Reese is 2 months old already! I don't know how time goes by so fast. Everytime I look at her I swear her cheeks have grown another inch or two. She's starting to get chubby and I love it. She reminds me so much of Garrett when he was a baby. He had the saggy cheeks too. It sure is fun having a little girl around she keeps all of us entertained. We love her so much. Oh, p.s. her cute little headband is from my sisters store: http://www.missplunkettboutique.com/index2.php#/home/. You have to look at their website. They have such adorable things!!

She got bored while i was taking pictures so she took a nap.

halloween

I think this is the first year that my kids have decided what they wanted to be for Halloween. If it was up to me they would have been something cute and cuddly. They look all grown up and I'm not really ready to have old kids! Fortunately Reese doesn't have an opinion of what she'd like to be so I had her be a zebra. Garrett was a Ninja and West was a Ninja Turtle (seriously? Ninja Turtles are back?)
Check out Kev's freaky mask. I seriously cringe when I look at it.

Reese was not okay with wearing a hat but I mader her do it for pictures

This is what we've been up to......

Reese has already hit her six week mark. I think it's gone way too fast! She is starting to wake up a lot more now and the boys are loving it. Her favorite thing in the world (besides her dad) is the bath. Everytime she gets in this is what happens.......
The warm water puts her to sleep everytime!
If she's not in the bath and we want her to sleep we just turn the water on in the sink and soon enough she'll fall asleep.
These two buddies can't get enough of Reese
(West calls her babe and Reese the piece. G calls her Reese's)
Not sure what I would do without these two handsome fellas

I'm in love with them

The Preamble

The first video is Garrett reciting the Preamble. It seems so funny to hear this coming from a 5 year old. His kindergarten class is learning it right now. Garrett caught on pretty quick. I just thought you might like to watch......The second video is Weston's take on the Preamble. Hearing G say it a million times has taught West a little bit of it. I didn't realize how good kids are at memorizing things.

more pictures of Reese

My sweet friend Andrea took these cute pictures of Reese! She did an amazing job! I loved all the pictures but I tried to only put a few. These were taken when she was four days old so she has already changed a lot. I'll have to post more later. Reese is a sweet baby. She has been good to us so far. Hopefully she'll stay that way!
